Scott Wolf, PCAM, CMCA, AMS, President and Owner has over 27 years of extensive Property Management experience. Scott is a graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in entrepreneurial studies, he attended Suffolk Law School, is a member of the Community Associations Institute and serves as a member of CAI's Membership Committee. Scott is also a licensed Real Estate broker in Massachusetts, a member of the Greater Boston Realty Board and a licensed builder. Early in his career Scott was an employee of the original Ritz Carlton Hotel in Boston for six years as part of their management trainee program where customer service and customer satisfaction were of the utmost importance. Andy Mirsky, Vice President of Operations & Human Resources has over 16 years of Property Management experience in both residential and commercial real estate and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. Andy is a member of CAI and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Andy has been with Greater Boston Properties for 10 years. When he started he was a portfolio manager for over 30 Condominium Associations in the greater Boston area. Andy is also Director of Management Information Services and Technology and is involved in all aspects of Greater Boston Properties operations to ensure that all software, benefits and programs provided by Greater Boston Properties are cutting edge and state of the art.  Patricia Annett, Controller Under Patricia’s direction over the past 17 years, the Accounting Department has grown from a one person operation to a department of six full time property accountants, bookkeepers and administrative staff. Patricia, a graduate of Middlebury College and a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, has a wealth of experience managing the finances of small businesses. A former principal in a professional bookkeeping company, she has the background and integrity required to analyze, set up and maintain the accounting systems for the company and for each of its condominium associations and investment properties. She is dedicated to safeguarding the funds of the home owners and investors who have entrusted their assets to the care of Greater Boston Properties. On an ongoing basis she capably leads the department through the transitions required as we evaluate our procedures and equipment and implement innovations in order to remain current in the field and to take full advantage of the latest technological advances. Becky Long, Director of Investment Services, has been with Greater Boston Properties for five years. Becky oversees our investment portfolio with a personal touch giving each landlord and each tenant the attention they deserve. Tim Paoli, Director of Acquisitions, CMCA, AMS is in his fifth year with Greater Boston Properties. Tim began his career with Greater Boston Properties as a property manager after serving his country in the Air Force and then working for BBN with high level security privileges. Because of Tim’s talent as a manager and ability to effectively communicate he began managing many of our larger more complex properties. Tim has recently attained his MBA and was promoted to his current position which still includes managing a portfolio of properties.  Uriel Gonzalez, Director of Maintenance has been with Greater Boston Properties for six years after working many years successfully running a family maintenance business and as a property manager. Under Uriel’s direction and because of his attention to detail and customer service, Greater Boston Properties’ maintenance department and staff provide quality work and service to all of the associations and investment properties that we manage.
