 Scott Wolf, President/Owner, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
has over 20 years of extensive Property Management experience. Scott is a member of the Community Associations Institute, CMCA and AMS. Scott is a graduate of Northeastern University, attended Suffolk Law School, is a Real Estate broker in Massachusetts, is a member of the Greater Boston Realty Board and is a licensed builder. Scott’s leadership and motivation inspires everyone at Greater Boston Properties to achieve high levels of success to the benefit of every site we manage and to every homeowner within the Greater Boston Properties portfolio. Scott has assembled a team of professionals to manage every size property from the smaller residences to the most prestigious addresses in the Greater Boston market. |

 Andy
Mirsky, Vice President of Operations & Human Resources has over 13 years of Property
Management experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Andy is a member of CAI and BOMA. He is presently pursuing his RPA
designation through the BOMI Institute and is a licensed real estate
salesperson in Massachusetts. Andy has been with Greater Boston
Properties for 7 years. When he started he was a portfolio manager
for over 30 Condominium Associations in the Greater Boston area.
Andy is Director of Human Resources and Management Information Services
and is involved in all aspects of Greater Boston Properties operations
to ensure that all software, benefits and programs provided by Greater
Boston Properties are cutting edge and state of the art. It’s because
of this involvement that Andy is fully dedicated to providing exceptional,
quality services to all of Greater Boston Properties’ condominium
associations and property investors. |

 Patricia
Annett, Controller Under Patricia’s direction over the past
13 years, the Accounting Department has grown from a one person
operation to a department of several full time property accountants.
Patricia, a graduate of Middlebury College and a licensed real estate
broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, has a wealth of experience
managing the finances of small businesses. A former principal in
a professional bookkeeping company, she has the background and integrity
required to analyze, set up and maintain the accounting systems
for the company and for each of its condominium associations and
investment properties. She is dedicated to safeguarding the funds
of the home owners and investors who have entrusted their assets
to the care of Greater Boston Properties. On an ongoing basis she
capably leads the department through the transitions required as
we evaluate our procedures and equipment and implement innovations
in order to remain current in the field and to take full advantage
of the latest technological advances. |

Long, Director of Investment Services for

Long, Manager of Investment Services, oversees our
investment portfolio with a personal touch making each
landlord and each tenant feel important.

manage. Becky Long knows each of our investors and is
available everyday to answer questions and concerns

Jaron
Herriman CMCA, AMS Property Management Consultant for Greater
Boston Properties, Inc.
Jaron joined the firm last year and as a member of CAI,
Community Associations Institute, became a CMCA and
currently a candidate to become an AMS.
In a short amount of time Jaron has aggressively
begun managing some of Greater Boston Properties most
prestigious addresses in
Boston
and the suburbs. Jaron’s
personable style translates to a level of customer
service unparalleled in the industry and when matched
with his desire to make every resident feel important
every day Jaron has become an asset to the Property
Management staff at Greater Boston Properties.
Tim
Paoli, Portfolio Manager CMCA, AMS for Greater Boston
Properties, Inc.
Tim joined the firm last year and as a member of CAI,
Community Associations Institute, is a CMCA candidate.
Tim’s concentration currently is to enhance
Greater Boston Properties’ downtown portfolio by
reaching out to our current clients, and by his actions,
letting trustees and homeowners alike know that he wants
them to tell their friends how important he makes them
feel. Tim’s
ability to listen and solve problems has allowed him to
win the confidence of his clients. His warm personable
management style gives everyone the impression they are
speaking to a friend.
