All of our Portfolio Managers are members of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and attend continuing education in the property management field. We understand our job is to provide a level of consulting to all of our boards and we are continually learning how to better achieve that high level of success.
Scott Wolf, President and Owner, guides our property
management staff and encourages open dialogue with all
clients. His primary focus is to work with all of
the portfolio managers and trustees and to give guidance and support
whenever needed.

We utilize the most up to date software applications in the market to prepare detailed bookkeeping of association records. Monthly reports contain all the necessary information a board of trustee requires to make effective decision.
