Greater Boston Properties has been providing routine, preventative and facilities  maintenance services to all of the apartment buildings and condominium associations that we manage for over 30 years.  We have the knowledge and expertise of a highly trained staff in the areas of plumbing, electrical and carpentry as well as painting, carpeting, appliance repair and everything in between.  Our first responsibility is to service the Owners of our apartment buildings, their tenants and the Trustees of the condominium associations that we manage.  We will also provide maintenance services to our condominium owners upon request and based upon availability.  In some situations Greater Boston Properties will use the services of its outside vendors with whom we have a long standing relationships and who meet our high level of service and customer satisfaction. 

 

If you are a Tenant of Greater Boston Properties or Trustee of one of our condominium associations please click on the “work order” link below.  This form is intended for the express use by Owners of Apartments managed by Greater Boston Properties, their Tenants, and the Trustees of Condominium Associations.  It is for the purpose of scheduling routine maintenance and not for alerting Greater Boston Properties to situations of an immediate nature.  If you require Greater Boston Properties 24 hours emergency services Please Call 617-536-4900.
